Refund & Return Policy

Return Policy:

• Our Return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
  
  
• To be eligible for return, the product must be unused and in its original packing with any sampling pieces, manuals and tags.
  
  
• If the product is found to be used, return, refund or exchange is not possible.
  
  
• To initiate return kindly send pictures of the products on info@dorukh.com

Return Shipping:

• For all UAE orders, Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund which is AED 25. For International orders, returns are not possible.

Refunds Process:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 working days.
  
  
• If you have paid by cash we would be able to provide you the refund amount as Store Credit for future purchase.
  
  

• No refund will be applicable to international orders after it has been shipped.
  
  

Exchanges:

• We will replace items if you received products that are incorrect, defective or damaged.
  
  
• To be eligible for exchange, contact our customer service by email, phone or whatsapp within 24 hrs of receiving the incorrect or defective goods along with the photos of the received item
  
  
• No exchange can be done for International orders (outside of UAE)
  
  
• If the product is found to be used refund or exchange is not possible

Proof of Purchase:

• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  
  

Exemptions from Return:

• Several types of goods are exempt from being returned like Gift cards
